How do I pay for my order?
After clicking ‘buy now’ on the products you wish to purchase, you will be taken to your shopping cart. From there it’s simply a matter of clicking ‘checkout’ and filling in your customer/postal details.
What methods of payment do you accept?
You can pay with your debit/credit card, or bank deposit, or with your Paypal account. Note: all card payments are handled by Paypal, which is the most trusted online payment processor in the world. You do NOT need to sign up to Paypal, simply choose to ‘pay by card’ when prompted. Your payments are extremely secure. We do not see or store any of your card details, this is done with the highest forms of security through Paypal’s system.
What happens next?
If you pay by card or Paypal, you will receive a receipt instantly by email (normally within 5 minutes). If you are paying by bank deposit, we’ll send you a confirmation when the payment has cleared (normally 1-3 business days) Shortly after that, we’ll send you another email with your tracking details.
Shipping
We post all orders with plain packaging via Australia Post.
Your order will be dispatched withing 1-2 business days of receiving your confirmed payment. (often it will be posted the same day)
All orders receive free postage throughout mainland Australia.
Once your order has been posted, we’ll email you with your tracking number. In general, most orders are received withing 3-4 days of placing your order. If you require urgent ‘fast’ postage, contact us, and we can usually work something out.
